THE INFLUENCE OF EDUCATION, TRAINING AND WORK MOTIVATION ON TEACHER PERFORMANCE IN SDUT AND ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOL AL MAUN
Abstract
Teacher performance is the work result achieved by a teacher in carrying out their duties according to the responsibilities given to them. However, based on the facts in the field, teacher performance is still not optimal. The research aims to determine the extent of the influence of education, training, and work motivation on teacher performance at SDUT (Sekolah Dasar Unggul Terpadu - Integrated Excellent Elementary School) and Al Maun Private Islamic Boarding School Sowan Lor Kedung, both simultaneously and partially. This research is a study with a population of 44 people. The data collection method used was a survey using a questionnaire as an instrument. The results of this study prove that simultaneously the level of education (X1), training (X2), and work motivation (X3) together have a significant influence on teacher performance (Y). Then the analysis of the coefficient of determination of the variables level of education (X1), training (X2) and motivation (X3) has an influence of 53.4% on the teacher performance variable (Y), while the remaining 46.6% is explained by other factors outside the model.
